Listen, discovery and framing
Active listening to understand the fundamental why is the most critical phase of any successful outcome. This is discovery and framing. This interactive process is a collaborative activity between you and our UX and Development teams. The outcome is prototypes, models, and architectural needs that will bring to life the initial phase of your idea.
Creating a Backlog
The team decomposes the prototype and other outputs from discovery and framing into a functional software development backlog. The backlog is our roadmap to your minimally viable product, broken down into small pieces of deliverable value.

Building Teams
We now have a shared understanding of your vision, the roadmap that will get us there, and the technical expertise required to make it happen. It’s time to build a small team, with the right people, to execute and deliver your MVP.
Let’s start coding!
The development team begins executing on the backlog, which is built around small pieces of business value. As each is delivered, the team will demo it to ensure we’re always getting it right. This is Agile Development.

The backlog is burned down until the work is complete and the MVP is complete. Your vision is now reality! It’s time to unleash your product to real users, get their feedback to make it even better, and start to plan for the next phase of product development based on user feedback as well as the next set of features.
